About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate supports the store team with driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. Essential Functions of the Job: Support the company expectation and achieve sales and profitability through driving product knowledge, exceptional customer service, and sales. Maintain store housekeeping and product merchandising recovery expectations. Monitors store email and reacts to business critical directives. Encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors. Consistent written and verbal communication with store team. Complies with all company policies and procedures. Completes sales transactions with efficiency from end to end. Escalate store issues in a timely manner. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)

• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed

• Communicate effectively with your team and management to meet store goals
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
