About The Position
This role is for a Retail Sales Associate in a store location. The associate will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance. Responsibilities include promoting and recommending AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products, assisting customers with travel planning (hotels, car rentals, vacation packages), managing and responding to Roadside Assistance calls, and contributing to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings.
- This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Basic geography knowledge is a plus
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities
