About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, maintaining merchandise and inventory, and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay informed about products and promotions and diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

The position requires the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and availability for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Basic automotive parts knowledge, automotive retail experience, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and ASE certification are preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale and loss-prevention procedures, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow safety policies, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Use AutoZone systems to stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
