About The Position

The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role involves stocking merchandise, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals, promote products, and support daily store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures. This on-site position is located within the Lowes Campus and HALO associates will work alongside Lowes employees with a work schedule of Monday - Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm ET.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic math
Previous retail customer facing experience
Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work as needed, including evenings.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
Stock shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
Support inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
Convey product features/pricing for a wide variety of items.
Understand client’s brand guidelines and marketing initiatives. Keep internal teams updated with any new initiatives.
Help achieve store sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Occasional onsite event support outside of normal business hours
Regularly lift, unpack, move, organize, and stock merchandise.
