Requirements

• Prior skincare experience required.
• Good interpersonal skills and sales experience.
• Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create activity and animation.
• Proven track record of $150 SPH.
• Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Clarins Brand and drive business through customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide superior levels of customer service, making each guest's visit delightful and memorable with friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
• Recruit new customers and create excitement at the counter.
• Perform facial treatments and makeup applications.
• Close sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and expectations.
