About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join our growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. You will engage with customers, educate them on available products and services, and guide them through the buying process. Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally able to be employed in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Chinese).
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
