About The Position
We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable shopping experiences. Whether you're demonstrating premium cutlery, cookware, or kitchen tools, you'll help customers find the right products while sharing your passion for cooking and quality craftsmanship. Conveniently located at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago, just steps from the complimentary Rosemont transit shuttle and minutes from O'Hare, our store offers a dynamic, highly commutable retail environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
