Requirements

- Basic reading, math, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong computer, email, and internet proficiency, with nimble keyboard skills.
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards and doing the right thing.
- Accountability for individual performance within a team environment.
- Verifiable positive track record of success; experience with appliances, bedding, or big-ticket items is preferred.
- Patience, resiliency, and persistence, with a results-oriented personality.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture.
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and up to 75 pounds occasionally without assistance.
- Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to work a flexible five-day schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
