About The Position

ZWILLING is looking for part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a result-driven, self-motivated team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion. Be part of our exciting new Wrentham Premium Outlets store opening and help create an unforgettable experience for every customer from day one!

Requirements

• A culinary passion!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional attitude with the ability to be flexible and adapt to change
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales results to achieve or exceed store goals
• Deliver outstanding and consistent customer service
• Maintain optimal product presentation in accordance with company standards
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations across all brands and categories
• Support special events, promotions, and grand opening activities to drive traffic
• Maintain customer relationship management systems and customer engagement initiatives
• Receive and process shipments in an organized and timely manner
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
• Share product knowledge and brand story with customers to enhance their shopping experience
