About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Responsibilities include store recovery, maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards, and participating in shrink reduction and safety awareness programs. Other duties may be assigned.
