The Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and organized shopping experience. This hands-on, customer-facing position involves supporting daily store operations, maintaining store standards, and assisting leadership to keep the store running efficiently. Team Members work closely with Assistant Retail Managers and the Retail Manager to ensure bins are stocked, the store is clean and safe, and customers receive excellent service.
