We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and service-minded Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who wants to contribute meaningfully within a growing small business environment. This role is ideal for someone who: takes initiative naturally thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys meaningful customer interaction takes pride in doing things with excellence and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience through thoughtful, attentive service
• Build strong product knowledge and confidently assist customers with recommendations
• Support daily store operations with consistency and attention to detail
• Help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory tasks, and store projects
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help execute promotions, seasonal floor changes, and operational projects
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team throughout each shift
• Step in where needed and help the store run smoothly throughout the day
