Part Time Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, commission, and bonus schedule, along with ongoing paid training, exciting career paths, and growth potential. Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally able to be employed in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
- Dexterity is required.
- Specific vision abilities required for working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (preferred but may not be required depending on location).
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

- Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team.
- Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
- Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
- Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
