Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously, addressing their questions and needs.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit, and returns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
• Support inventory management by receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure a positive store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention guidelines.
