Colleagues are expected to be informed about sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence. They are responsible for creating customer relationships, maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. The role emphasizes finishing strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ending with a sincere thank-you. Teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key aspects of the role. Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week, and all schedules include weekend shifts based on business needs and availability.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

  • Reaching, including above eye level.
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions.
