About The Position

Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing-entity guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
- Support the team across the store and perform other assigned tasks.
