About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, maintaining inventory and merchandise organization, and helping foster a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates collaborate with managers and teammates, use AutoZone systems to stay current on products and promotions, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and have schedule availability that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Basic automotive-parts knowledge, bilingual Spanish and English communication skills, prior automotive retail experience, and ASE certification are preferred. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks and follow safety policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Use AutoZone systems to stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
