About The Position

AutoZone’s store teams deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. Retail Sales Associates assist customers with product selection and automotive advice, contribute to sales goals, keep merchandise stocked and organized, and help maintain smooth store operations. They also use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. The role involves teamwork, following company processes and safety policies, and using personal protective equipment as needed. Flexible availability is required, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
