About The Position

Visionworks is seeking a charismatic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to help patients and customers with their vision care and eyewear needs. The associate is trained and knowledgeable about optics, products and services, and managed vision care, and guides each patient or customer through the Visionworks experience to help ensure their eyewear needs are met. This is a part-time position paying $16.50–$18.80 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.

Nice To Haves

• Related customer or patient experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the customer/patient experience journey.
• Engage with patients and customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients and customers for eyewear.
• Maintain product and optical knowledge through ongoing training and development to help ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Carry out day-to-day operational activities that support store financial and customer experience goals, including restocking inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders for shipment.
