PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform that operates the Express and Bonobos brands globally. Bonobos is a menswear brand recognized for its exceptional fit and an innovative, personalized retail model. Customers can engage with these brands across over 400 Express retail and Express Factory Outlet stores, 50 Bonobos Guideshops, and online. The Bonobos brand, launched in 2007, aims to inspire people to be themselves through perfect fits and connections. It offers a signature line of chinos and a full wardrobe of better-fitting men’s clothing, available for order online and to try on at its 60+ Guideshop locations. These Guideshops provide a unique, appointment-based experience with one-on-one service and expert fit advice, distinguishing them from traditional retail. The Bonobos team is characterized by its vibrant, collaborative, and inclusive culture, valuing self-awareness, empathy, intellectual honesty, positive energy, and judgment. Bonobos is seeking a Guide, also known as a Retail Sales Associate, for its Buckhead Guideshop. This role is for an individual who is customer-obsessed, fit-focused, incentive-driven, and a sales powerhouse, capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences in this unique retail setting.

Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of sales or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
