About The Position

Clarks is hiring part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, presenting and organizing merchandise, and representing the Clarks brand. Associates also help maintain the store, follow loss-prevention procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable environment for colleagues. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
