About The Position
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, sales-driven Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help guests discover skincare products that meet their needs. The role focuses on customer service, consultative selling, personalized product recommendations, and building lasting customer relationships. Associates also help maintain the sales floor, support merchandising and inventory tasks, and assist with daily store operations. The position is in person and pays $16.00 per hour plus commission opportunities. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by helping others. They enjoy educating customers, achieving sales goals, and creating memorable shopping experiences while representing a trusted skincare brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
- At least one year of retail sales experience.
- At least one year of experience meeting sales goals.
- At least one year of customer interface experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging customers.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
