About The Position
My Wireless / Authorized AT&T Retailer is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. The role involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you learn and succeed, you'll be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico. Their mission is to inspire team members through journeys that instill knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers and help them realize goals and aspirations. They offer a fun and rewarding training program to develop each team member for promotion readiness to support company growth.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age
- Legally able to be employed in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Engaging with My Wireless customers
- Educating customers on available AT&T products and services
- Guiding customers through the buying process

- Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service
- Training and developing skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team
- Maintaining a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members
- Working as a team member to exceed personal and team goals
- Participating in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities
