About The Position

Skechers is hiring a seasonal, entry-level Retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist. The role focuses on engaging customers, providing personalized product advice and exceptional customer service, contributing to store and individual sales goals, and helping maintain an inviting, well-organized store. Associates also handle cashier duties and build knowledge of Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories. The work includes standing for most of the shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. The listed pay rate is $18.21.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and urgency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus but not essential.
• Able to perform the job duties, including standing for most of a shift and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; reasonable accommodation may be available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
