Retail Sales Associate – Part Time
About The Position
AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves offering trustworthy product advice, recommending products and promotions, supporting sales goals, maintaining inventory and store organization, and contributing to smooth and safe store operations. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay current on parts, tools, and promotions, and use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. The position requires flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Basic automotive parts knowledge, bilingual English and Spanish communication, automotive retail experience, and ASE Certification are preferred. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and contribute to a motivated and productive store environment.
- Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently using structured processes and follow safety policies, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Use AutoZone systems to stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
