About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, and handle cashier duties. You’ll also maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning, help keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
