Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Prior retail experience preferred.
Good customer services and communication skills necessary.
Strong computer skills to utilize retail software and other company software.

Responsibilities

Uphold all Enchantment Resort guest service standards and practices.
Drive positive revenue results by actively engaging and educating guests with a focus on building the sale.
Obtain and share product knowledge with a focus on enhancing the guest’s buying experience.
Accurately process all transactions through POS system, ensuring proper policies for cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, etc., are followed.
Remain current on policies regarding payments, discounts, returns and exchanges, security practices, and other applicable operations.
Ensure prompt and positive resolution of all guest concerns.
Promote an inclusive collaborative approach to problem solving.
Maintain inventory levels on the selling floor and in store back stock by utilizing communication procedures for warehouse restocking and purchasing.
Maintain overall cleanliness of Retail Outlets.
Ability to work and perform various duties between multiple outlets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
