About The Position

AutoZone store teams provide customer service, help customers find automotive parts and solutions, maintain inventory, and support sales and store operations. The Retail Sales Associate delivers customer service by assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, contributing to sales goals, and helping maintain a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

The role includes restocking and organizing merchandise, following cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures, and complying with safety policies and PPE requirements. Associates keep current on automotive products, tools, and promotions using AutoZone systems; assist with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations; and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
