About The Position

AutoZone’s store teams provide customer service, maintain inventory, assist customers with product selection, and offer automotive advice. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help deliver WOW! Customer Service, contribute to sales and store operations, and support a knowledgeable, positive retail environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to foster a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to improve the customer experience and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and help maintain smooth store operations and proper financial management.
• Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including using personal protective equipment.
• Stay informed about automotive parts, tools, and promotions using AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
