About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel businesses within a store location. The role includes building customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, using selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special-occasion rentals, and contributing to store sales and performance goals. Associates also assist with visual merchandising, store projects, merchandise stock counts, and cashiering at the point of sale. There may be opportunities to work voluntarily across multiple store or site locations and brands. Requirements
- Provide customer-focused service and deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
- Ability to work well with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

- Assist with visual merchandising, setup, and other store-related projects.
- Conduct merchandise stock counts.
- Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
