About The Position
This role focuses on delivering excellent experiences while guiding customers through product selection and purchase. Responsibilities include lead generation and follow-up, sales and commission tracking, showroom maintenance, customer site support, and staying on top of inventory needs and competitor activity. This position is offered through the Clackamas Branch of NW Staffing Resources.
Requirements
- Customer service and public-facing experience, with strong interpersonal skills
- Retail/showroom sales experience and ability to generate and follow up on leads
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills for tracking leads, commissions, and inventory
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Track and report leads (daily, weekly, monthly, YTD).
- Follow up on leads via calls and letters; generate new leads from existing contacts.
- Track and report sales commissions (daily, weekly, monthly, YTD).
- Perform customer hot tub start-ups and site inspections.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, monitor advertising/competitors, and submit daily inventory needs to Purchasing.
