About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role involves providing trustworthy automotive advice, recommending products and promotions, supporting sales goals, maintaining inventory and store organization, and helping daily store operations run smoothly. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay current on parts, tools, and promotions, and use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. They collaborate with managers and teammates, follow company processes and safety policies, and use required personal protective equipment. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to support a motivated, productive store environment and assist team members.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to improve the customer experience and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
• Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow company safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment.
• Use AutoZone systems to stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
