Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas conditions.
- Able to lift materials and stay active throughout the day.
- Reliable, on time (early), and consistent.
- Weekend availability required.
Nice To Haves
- Landscaping knowledge is a plus (we will train the right person).
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them choose the right materials (mulch, soil, rock, sod, etc.)
- Recommend products and upsell when appropriate.
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional yard and retail space.
- Assist with loading materials (skid steer, forklift, or by hand when needed).
- Support inventory organization and restocking.
- Work closely with the yard team and drivers to keep operations running smoothly.
