About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The day-to-day involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you develop, you will become eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards, with a clear path towards management roles.
Requirements
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally able to be employed in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Standing and walking for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
- Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
- Dexterity is required.
- Specific vision abilities required for working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods (can be met with eyeglasses or contacts).
