About The Position

At maurices, Retail Sales Associates (also called Stylists/Sales Support) create an enjoyable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, building wardrobes, and helping customers find products that meet their needs. Associates also contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation while working toward sales goals.

Associates guide customers through the brand experience, build authentic connections, and use loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise on style and fit. They use store technology to support checkout, stay informed about promotions, promote loyalty programs and credit services, and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. They also help maintain store standards, support shipment and receiving, and contribute to in-store and curbside order fulfillment.

This is a regular, part-time position at Store 1751-The Arroyo Market Sqr in Las Vegas, Nevada. The posting is an evergreen requisition for future openings, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. The hourly pay range is $12.14–$12.97, varying based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and work location. maurices provides early access to earnings through PayActiv.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities
