About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking motivated individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and offering a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on products and services, and guiding them through the purchasing process in an energetic retail environment.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legally able to be employed in the US.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Standing and walking around for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Dexterity is required.
• Specific vision abilities required for working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Chinese preferred for this location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
