About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions with a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on products and services, and guiding them through the sales process in an energetic environment. As you develop and succeed, new opportunities and financial rewards become available, including potential advancement to the management team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at minimum 18 years of age.
  • Legally able to be employed in the US.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
  • Reaching with hands and arms.
  • Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
  • Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
  • Dexterity is required.
  • Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.

  • Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities.
