About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to someone interested in sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and assist customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle purchases, returns, and exchanges at the register; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; help keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
