About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the store for customers. The position involves welcoming and assisting customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing purchases and returns at the register, maintaining product and service knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
