About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. The role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay with a commission and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, exciting career paths, and an uncapped commission program for those who meet or exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, educating them on AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process, and maintaining a fun, clean, and exciting work environment. Teamwork is essential to exceed personal and team goals, and participation in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities is expected. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico, focused on inspiring team members through knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers and achieve goals. They offer a rewarding training program to develop team members for promotion and continued company growth.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
