About The Position

My Wireless / Authorized AT&T Retailer is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. Every day, you'll work in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues that appreciate your dedication and commitment. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with more than 240 locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Their mission is to inspire team members through journeys that instill knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers to realize goals and aspirations, one milestone at a time. They maintain a fun and rewarding training program for their staff to ensure that each team member is promotion ready to support the company's explosive growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Standing and walking around, moving about for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
  • Reaching with hands and arms.
  • Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
  • Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
  • Dexterity is required.
  • Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time (can be met with eyeglasses or contacts).

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (preferred but may not be required depending on location).
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

  • Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to opportunities on the management team.

  • Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize selling opportunities each day.
