About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate plays an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance. This role involves promoting and recommending AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products, as well as assisting customers with travel planning and managing Roadside Assistance calls. The associate will also contribute to team operations by assisting with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed
