About The Position
AMV Holdings, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its KURE retail brand. The associate makes product recommendations, sells products, and provides product knowledge to guests. The role supports a welcoming in-store experience and the company’s mission of offering alternatives to adult smokers while ensuring products are not provided to minors. Employees may be required to work at multiple locations within designated geographic areas and travel between locations as needed. New guest consultants are typically hired at the entry point of the compensation range for their role, based on geographic location; individual compensation decisions depend on the position and candidate.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of basic cash-handling procedures.
- Basic math skills.
- Preparedness to travel between locations as needed to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and identify their needs.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock.
- Operate the POS system and cash drawer to process transactions; handle money, prepare deposits, and count the drawer down each day.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform daily cleaning to keep the store appealing and welcoming.
