About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service and satisfaction while selling a diverse range of Omaha Steaks products in person and over the phone. The role assists customers with placing orders, responds to product inquiries, and strives to achieve top sales performance. Associates provide best-in-class service that reflects the Omaha Steaks brand. Food knowledge can help associates discuss products and create memorable customer experiences; training is provided to help team members become steak experts. The position also involves maintaining a positive and productive work environment, cooperating and communicating with coworkers, treating employees and customers respectfully, following work rules and company policies, meeting attendance and punctuality expectations, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. Safety hazards or incidents must be reported promptly to a supervisor.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
