About The Position

Store employees maintain well-stocked inventory, assist with product selection, and provide advice to improve the shopping experience. They contribute to sales, store operations, and a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding customer expectations. The role involves customer assistance, teamwork, recommending products and promotions, maintaining inventory and store operations, following safety procedures, learning about automotive products, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
• Complete assigned tasks using structured processes and follow company safety policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
