About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the brand experience and build authentic connections.
- Provide customer-focused advice on style and fit using loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge.
- Use point-of-sale systems, payment systems, tablets, and communication headsets to stay informed about company priorities and promotions.
- Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience and promote loyalty programs and credit services.
- Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers.
- Support shipment processing to learn about product, including new arrivals and merchandise already on the sales floor.
- Contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pickup.
