About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers who visit its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to people with a passion for sales or helping others.

The associate welcomes customers, demonstrates products, answers questions, makes recommendations across departments, handles cashier duties, maintains product knowledge, helps keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assists with in-store and curbside pickup orders. The schedule is flexible and includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
