About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing excellent customer experiences and offering technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The position is full-time and offers a base salary plus commission and bonuses, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Requirements

Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally able to be employed in the US.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Standing and walking around for prolonged periods.
Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
Reaching with hands and arms.
Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
Dexterity is required.
Specific vision abilities required for working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods.
