About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate provides an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The role represents Sunglass Hut and its products while supporting store operations and maintaining company standards. This is a casual part-time position at Sunglass Hut.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to creating an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers and managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards established by management and the company.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management when assistance is needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance in complex service situations for VIP clientele and support their retention.
• Stay informed about the current product assortment and represent the brand as an informed ambassador.
• Listen to and act on instructions from management or a superior.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s and management’s code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
