About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Teammate – Apparel) helps create an engaging, confidence-building shopping experience by assisting athletes in finding apparel for performance and everyday life. The role provides customer service and product knowledge, supports merchandising and store presentation, promotes company programs, and contributes to an inclusive, team-first store environment. Teammates also support other areas of the store as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and provide helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow established merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
